| Please email or telephone Viv with your preferred dates. A booking deposit of 25% is required when booking, with the balance and breakage deposit of £200 per week payable 8 weeks before your holiday. The property contains an inventory which will be inspected by the on site property maintenance company prior to arrival and after departure. Any damage or breakages will be taken out of the breakage deposit. If the damage/breakage exceeds the breakage deposit you will be charged in full. |
